If you were at the April 29th Freedom Modifieds race at Findlay Stadium Stateline Speedway, you would have seen our frustration as the car was extremely loose from center out. We took huge swings at it and nothing was changing. Tried to make it work but finally pulled off 5 laps into the feature because we could tell something was wrong. After getting the car home we found that the frame was cracked in the RF. Had to do a complete tear down and go over the whole car for other problems. Got the frame repaired and car put back together a day before the race. Huge thanks to Crew Chief Pat for all the work he did to get it ready.

We arrived at Findlay Stadium Stateline Speedway determined to see the day through.

Qualifying
It wasn't our best qualifying run. We managed third.
Eric Hector 86 - 13.449
Bart Hector Sr. 42 - 13.536
Lucas Bird 24 - 13.646
Jeff Bird 5 - 13.711
Frankie Volz Jr 66 - 13.863
Lonnie Stocker 99 - 14.180
So we had a little work to do and it was essentially a slow grinding. We battled both Eric Hector and Jeff Bird until 10 to go. Then got the lead on a restart and were able to pull ahead and take home the trophy.
Our next race will be at Findlay Stadium Stateline Speedway for the big July 28th Idaho 200 Day 1. You will definitely not want to miss that race! We have some momentum now and we aim to keep it going.
